This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have — including data handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta services.

01 Who we are

ABDULAZIZ BIN JASSIM REAL ESTATE GROUP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a customer relationship management (CRM) service that connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform to help us manage conversations with our customers. This service is accessible at https://dimgrey-badger-313406.hostingersite.com (the “Service”).

02 Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information we process when you:

  • use our Service as a registered user or team member;
  • message us through WhatsApp;
  • visit our website or contact us directly.

It does not cover the independent privacy practices of Meta Platforms, Inc. (which operates WhatsApp). Meta maintains its own privacy policy.

03 Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

04 WhatsApp & Meta platform data

Our Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When our WhatsApp Business account is connected to the Service, we access and process message content and related metadata through Meta’s official APIs solely to deliver messaging, CRM, and analytics features.

  • We use WhatsApp and Meta data only to provide and improve the Service’s functionality, consistent with the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta’s platform policies.
  • We do not sell WhatsApp message content, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Your use of WhatsApp itself is also governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s terms.
Access tokens and credentials used to connect to Meta’s APIs are stored in encrypted form and are never shared with third parties except as required to operate the integration.

05 How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • organize contacts, conversations, and CRM records;
  • generate analytics and reporting;
  • provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
  • comply with legal obligations.

07 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — to transmit and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Service providers — hosting, database, and infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under contract, including our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our database provider (Supabase).
  • Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

08 Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contacts and conversations can be deleted from the account at any time. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. As a general rule, account data is kept for the life of the account plus 90 days.

09 How we protect your data

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities promptly.

10 International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable.

11 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data (see section 12);
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on it;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12 Data deletion requests

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time:

  • Account holders: delete records directly in the app, or email info@abjgroup.qa with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
  • WhatsApp customers: if you have messaged us through the Service and want your data removed, email info@abjgroup.qa with the phone number used, and we will delete the associated records.
We will confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

13 Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14 Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

15 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
